The objective of this University at Buffalo web site (http://www.buffalo.edu/ubbelievers) is to advance the interests, advocate for and promote the University at Buffalo in fulfilling its mission of teaching, research and public service. UB is sensitive to your concerns about privacy, and places your concerns as a priority. We are committed to preserving the privacy of any personal information that you choose to give us through this web site.
The University at Buffalo and its agents/vendors will not sell, share or otherwise make available the private information you provide to this site. This information will be used to assist you and our staff to accomplish our shared objectives -- effective advocacy on behalf of the University at Buffalo.
An additional benefit of this database-driven web site is that you may also easily modify your private information and check a record of the various advocacy campaigns in which you have participated. The site administrator will from time to time also review advocate participation reports to monitor the success of our campaigns.
You may choose to discontinue your participation at any time, and can easily remove your personal information from this site by clicking on the "Remove me from the list" button located on your subscription management record. You may also send an email to the site administrator to "unsubscribe."
